Questions

Which exchanges sync?

Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase, Kraken, KuCoin, Bitget and MEXC among others, through a read-only API key. The full list is in the app when you connect.

Is a read-only API key safe?

Yes. Create it with trading and withdrawal permissions off. DT Terminal can read fills and balances and can do nothing else with the key.

Does it handle perpetuals and funding?

Yes. Perps and spot arrive in one record, with fees on the trade and funding where the exchange reports it.

Are crypto prop firms supported?

Crypto prop firm accounts that run on the listed exchanges connect the same way. Firms on their own platforms are listed in the directory until a connection exists.

Can I import a CSV from an exchange instead?

Yes. Free imports ten trades a batch, Pro imports without limit.

Can I run DT Terminal from Claude?

Soon. We are building an MCP connector that opens the whole of DT Terminal to Claude: every workspace and every piece of your data, to read and to act on, with your consent per scope. It works with any assistant that speaks MCP, and it is in development, not live yet.
