Questions

Is the AI coach free?

A free account gets 10 AI messages a month and 5 on signup for screenshot analysis. Pro, at $18 a month, makes chat unlimited and refills 30 credits a month.

What does it actually read?

Your trades, journal entries, reflections, backtest sessions, the Research board and the screenshots you give it. It does not read the internet to answer a question about your trading.

Does it give trade signals?

No. Edge reads your record and suggests things to test. It never tells you to take a trade and it cannot place one.

Which model is it?

A frontier model from a major provider, prompted with your journal. Your data is used to answer you, not to train anything.

Can it review a screenshot of a chart?

Yes. Drop a chart or a broker screenshot into the conversation and it reads it against your record. Each one uses a credit.

Can I run DT Terminal from Claude?

Soon. We are building an MCP connector that opens the whole of DT Terminal to Claude: every workspace and every piece of your data, to read and to act on, with your consent per scope. It works with any assistant that speaks MCP, and it is in development, not live yet.
