How it works

1. **Add the challenge**
   Pick the firm and the program. The rules fill in as the firm publishes them, and the card offers the list price as your cost to confirm.
2. **Connect the account**
   Link the MT4, MT5, cTrader or TradeLocker login. Drawdown, daily loss and trading days update from real fills.
3. **Record the payout**
   On a synced account the withdrawal is matched for you. Anywhere else, record it with the certificate and it goes into review.

### Is the prop firm tracker free?

Your first challenge is. Free holds 1 trading account with its spend, payouts and ROI. Verified holds 3 and syncs up to 3 from the broker, and Pro holds and syncs as many as you run.

### Which prop firms does it work with?

Any firm. 88 named FX and CFD firms sync over MT4, MT5, cTrader or TradeLocker, and any other firm can be added by hand. Futures firms that run on Tradovate connect through it, and the rest are tracked by hand.

### How is a payout verified?

On a synced funded account, DT Terminal reads the withdrawal from the firm’s server and matches it to the payout, which earns the Payout-verified seal. A payout recorded by hand goes into review with the firm’s certificate and only counts once it is confirmed.

### Does my public record show the firm’s P&L?

No. A prop firm account publishes the payouts you were paid, never the firm’s P&L, because the capital is the firm’s. Win rate, drawdown and the other trading stats still show.

### Do you connect to my bank?

No. Spend comes from the challenge you add, confirmed against the firm’s list price, and payouts come from the firm’s server or a reviewed certificate. Nothing reads your bank account.

### Which login does the sync use?

For MT4 and MT5, the investor password, which reads fills and cannot place trades. For cTrader, TradeLocker and Tradovate, the platform’s own sign in.

### Can I connect DT Terminal to Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. DT Terminal Connect is our MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps can read and update your journal, backtests and synced accounts, with your consent per scope. It needs a paid plan: on Verified a connected app can read your account, and on Pro it can also write to your journal. Set it up in Settings, MCP. You choose what each app may do, see what it did, and can disconnect it there at any time.
