## Frequently asked questions

### Does it work with my broker?

Broker auto-sync currently covers MT4 and MT5 accounts (FTMO, FundedNext, IC Markets, Pepperstone, Exness, XM, and a catch-all option for any other MT4 or MT5 broker), cTrader, TradeLocker and Tradovate accounts, plus supported crypto exchanges (Bybit, OKX, Coinbase, Kraken, Hyperliquid and more). Connections are read-only and every synced trade arrives verified. Verified links 3 broker accounts, 1 of them MT4 or MT5. Pro links as many as you trade, up to 3 of them MT4 or MT5 (one account during the free trial). If your broker is not on the list, manual logging and CSV import work on every plan.

### Can I try Pro features before upgrading?

Yes, on the annual plan. Pro billed yearly starts with a 14-day free trial, once per account: no charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then. Pro monthly and Verified have no trial. The trial includes one synced broker account; once Pro starts you can sync every account you trade. The trial has no monthly Edge Credits: Pro's 100 a month start with your first payment, or today if you skip the trial and upgrade now.

### What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?

Your data stays safe. You'll keep access to all your trades, journals, and analysis. Pro features will become read-only, and you'll be subject to Free limits for new items.

### Can I get a refund?

If you have not used any paid feature since you were charged, yes: ask within 14 days for a full refund. Once a paid feature has been used in a billing period, that payment is not refundable, and we do not refund part of a period. You can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the period ends. Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded, and your consumer rights where you live still apply.

### Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, you can switch at any time. If you upgrade from monthly to annual, we'll credit your remaining time.

### What are Edge credits?

Edge credits power screenshot analysis and AI features. Pro subscribers get 100 credits a month, refreshed monthly from your billing date (or the date the credits were granted), not on the 1st. Free and Verified accounts get 10 credits on signup, which expire after a month. You can also purchase additional credit packs.

### What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is securely handled and never stored on our servers.
