# An options journal that holds you to the plan.

An options record here is one you keep yourself, because options brokers do not sync. Log the position, the legs and the thinking, then review it when it closes: a journal and a review habit, not an options analytics terminal.

## How it works

1. / 03
   **Log the position**
Type it in or import a CSV. A multi-leg position is logged as its trades, with the structure written in the notes.
2. / 03
   **Say why**
The setup, the thesis and the risk you accepted, with a screenshot of the chart you took it from.
3. / 03
   **Review it**
When it closes, write what you would repeat. The record adds up over months.

Trade log

## Legs, premium and the reason, in one entry.

Log each leg as a trade and describe the structure in the notes, or total the journey as one result. What the journal keeps is the decision, the cost and the outcome.

- Manual entry or CSV import
- Multi-leg structures described in notes
- Fees and commission on the trade

The review

## The habit the journal is actually for.

Options punish a thesis that was never written down. A reviewed trade says what you expected, what happened and what you would do again.

- A structured review on every trade
- Reviewed trades marked on the record
- Notes and journal entries beside them

Analytics

## Read the record by setup, not by feel.

Filter by setup, tag, month or underlying and the win rate, expectancy and drawdown recompute for that slice.

- Expectancy by setup and tag
- Equity curve and drawdown
- Compare two months in Reports

## There are no options analytics in DT Terminal.

No option chains, no Greeks, no implied volatility surface and no expiry or strike analytics. Options brokers do not sync either, so positions are logged by hand or by CSV. What is here is the journal, the review and the record they build.

What is free

## Logging and reviewing are free on one account.

Plus adds filtered stats and unlimited tags for $9 a month, and Pro takes the caps off for $24.

FAQ

### Does it show option chains, Greeks or implied volatility?

No. DT Terminal has no options pricing tooling of any kind. It is a journal: you log what you traded and why, review it when it closes, and read the record it builds.

### How do I log a multi-leg position?

Log the legs as trades and describe the structure in the notes, or turn on Combine Journey P/L in settings to total a multi-leg journey as one result. Tags keep the structures grouped so you can filter to them later.

### Does my options broker sync?

No. Options brokers do not connect to DT Terminal today. Trades come in by hand or by CSV, and the accounts that do sync are MT4, MT5, cTrader and TradeLocker accounts and crypto exchanges.

### Can an options record be verified?

Not today. The verified seal means the trade was read from a broker DT Terminal is connected to, so an options record is marked self-reported.

### What does the AI coach do with options trades?

Edge reads your trades, notes and journals and answers with your own numbers. It can tell you the setups and tags that are costing you, and it does not price options or model volatility.

## Write the thesis down before it expires.

Free on one account, with the review built in.
