The reasoning, the screenshot, the tags and the notes live on the trade itself. When it has been talked through the trader marks it reviewed, which files a reflection and puts a Reviewed mark on the trade, and the share of trades carrying one is a percentage in their analytics. FAQ ### How do I see that someone is actually improving? Open their public record. The last 30 days and all time are shown as separate windows rather than one blended figure, the equity curve is drawn on the page, and a year of trading days sits under the stats so a gap in the work is as visible as a run. On a synced account those figures were read from the broker, not typed in. ### What does the Most improved board measure? The biggest rise in the share of trades reviewed, this month against the month before. Both months need at least five trades before anyone is ranked, and only rises are listed, so nobody lands on it for having a bad month. The community boards rank no profit at all; the Rankings page keeps that in a separate Results arena, where a figure counts only once it is verified against broker sync. ### What does the Reviewed mark mean? The trader answered the guided review questions on that trade and saved them, which files a reflection and puts a Reviewed mark on the trade. Their analytics tracks what share of trades carries one, which is a fair proxy for whether the work is being done between sessions. ### Will everyone I work with show up on the boards? Only the ones who opt in. The community boards are a setting a trader turns on for themselves, so someone who has not opted in will not appear on Most improved or Consistency even when their record is public and their reviews are being done. ### Do the traders I work with need a paid plan? No. A free account logs unlimited trades on one trading account with tags, notes and the daily journal. Plus, at $9 a month, adds broker sync, which is what puts the verified seal on the record you read. ### Is there a cohort view? No, and we would rather say so than imply one. There is no way into a private journal and nothing that lists the traders you coach in one place.
