# Bitget Trading Journal with Auto Sync · DT Terminal

> Connect Bitget with a read-only key and passphrase, and spot and USDT perp fills sync with fees and funding. Edge shows which setups to fix.

AI trading improvement · Bitget

# Find the Bitget setup that pays for the rest.

Connect Bitget with a read-only API key and each fill arrives with its fees and funding, pulled from the exchange instead of typed in. Edge reads the record and shows which pair, session and setup is paying for the rest, and which to cut.

How it works

1. **Make a read-only key with a passphrase**
In Bitget's API settings, create a key with read-only permission, so trading and withdrawal stay off, and choose a passphrase for it.
2. **Paste all three in**
Pick Bitget and paste the API key, the secret and the passphrase. DT Terminal checks them with Bitget before saving, encrypted, and the first sync starts.
3. **Read the record**
Fills pair into trades with the fee on each one and funding on the perpetuals, and Edge points at what to fix.

Results by hour

## Crypto never closes. See which hours pay you.

Example

Example data, not a real result: expectancy in R for each hour of the day, with fees and funding on the trade they belong to. Your own breakdown reads the fills your Bitget key syncs.

Verified

## Bitget is the witness, not your memory.

A trade read from Bitget is marked Broker-Verified on your journal and your public page. A trade you typed stays self-reported, which is exactly why the seal means something.

- Broker-Verified on each synced trade
- Gross, fees and net on the card
- Typed and imported trades marked self-reported

Analytics

## Where the Bitget account makes and loses money.

Filter by pair, session, setup or tag and the win rate, expectancy and profit factor recompute, with fees and funding already inside the net figure.

- Spot and perpetuals in one breakdown
- Most traded and most profitable pair
- Detailed filtered stats on Plus and Pro

Backtester

## Rehearse the setup before it costs a fee.

Replay a crypto chart bar by bar on real historical candles, trade it as if it were live, and read the session's numbers beside the Bitget record.

- Real historical crypto candles
- Equity curve, expectancy and drawdown per session
- 2 sessions free, unlimited on Pro

What is free

## Free syncs one Bitget account into your journal hourly, and logging by hand or CSV is free too.

More accounts start on Plus, $9 a month or $89 a year.

FAQ

### What does Bitget sync bring in?

Your fills on spot and on USDT-margined perpetuals, paired into trades, with the trading fee on each one and funding payments where Bitget reports them against a synced position. Coin-margined contracts are skipped with a note on the sync rather than given a P&L we cannot stand behind.

### Why does Bitget need a passphrase as well as a key?

Bitget gives every API key a passphrase you choose when you create it, and its API will not answer without it. So DT Terminal asks for the API key, the secret and the passphrase together, and checks all three with Bitget before anything is saved.

### Can DT Terminal trade or withdraw with my key?

Not with a read-only key, which is what the steps ask you to make. DT Terminal reads fills, fees, funding and balances, and never places, changes or closes an order. The key is stored encrypted.

### Why is my Bitget balance not showing?

DT Terminal values an exchange balance in cash and stablecoins only, and never guesses a coin price. While the account holds a coin such as BTC or ETH, the balance is left unsynced and the sync tells you why. Your trades keep arriving as normal.

### Is Bitget sync free?

Yes, for one account. A free account connects one Bitget account and its trades sync into your journal hourly, with the verified seal on your public passport. More accounts and on-demand sync start on Plus, $9 a month or $89 a year. Trades journaled by hand or by CSV are free and marked self-reported. Bitget is one of 10 exchanges that connect this way.

## One read-only key, and the record starts building itself.

Free syncs one Bitget account into your journal. Plus and Pro add more accounts.
